Camp Volunteer opportunities are available in the Traditional Day Camp for Summer 2024. Volunteers interested in signing up to volunteer for Traditional Camp program opportunities will sign up within this project to initiate the start of the camp volunteer process. Below is a brief breakdown of the process you should expect as you sign up to volunteer as a Harris YMCA Summer Camp volunteer. Make sure you complete ALL steps listed below. 1. Sign up in this project to indicate your interest in becoming a volunteer. 2. Create a profile in Volunteer Matters at https://ymcacharlotte.volunteermatters.org/register If you already have a profile, skip this step. 3. On your Volunteer Matters profile, you may be prompted to complete a few requirements that we have for or Summer Camp Volunteers. These must be completed prior to your application being approved to volunteer. 4. Complete the Harris YMCA 2024 Summer Camp Volunteer Application. Use this link to access and submit the application: https://forms.gle/g7VY8ZyPcXFfkYp18 After these items are complete and your application is approved to volunteer, you will receive an email from the Volunteer Coordinator with details on how to sign up for the shifts you plan to volunteer.
