ACCESS. OPPORTUNITY. EMPOWERING TEENS TO THRIVE. Our teen programs are at the heart of what we do at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Helping local teens learn and thrive for the future is what we aim to do. Volunteers play an important role in helping us do this with our teens and we are looking for help in mentoring our teens of today into the leaders of tomorrow.

Please note, all volunteers must fully complete all training videos and have their reference checks and background check verified before they may begin their volunteer work at the YMCA.
